05 / FAQ

Audit questions, answered.

If something is missing here, ask it on the call.

Will we be disrupted during the audit?
Minimally. We observe two service periods without interfering. Sit-down work with the owner happens outside service. Your team will know we are there but the operation runs normally.
What happens after we have the report?
It is yours to act on. Many clients implement internally and call us back at the 60-day mark. Others retain us to lead implementation. Either is fine - we do not lock you in.
Is the audit useful before opening?
If you have an operating venue, yes. For pre-opening situations, see New Venue Launch - that engagement is structured differently.
What is the typical investment?
Fixed-fee, dependent on venue size and complexity. Single-site audits start at the lower end; multi-site engagements scale by venue count. Quoted within 24 hours of first call.
