Common questions about membership.

If you are between projects but want continuity, this is for you.

Is this just a retainer with a nicer name?
No. Membership is a monthly support system: templates and tools, member content, direct access to Wayne, and regular menu and margin reviews. It gives you ongoing structure without the cost of a full consulting engagement.
Can we move up a tier if we need more?
Yes. Members move tiers as their needs change. Many start on Starter and step up to Pro once they are ready to push margins, then Executive as they scale.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice. We do not lock you in - if membership is not delivering value, you should stop paying for it.
Do you cap membership numbers?
Yes. We accept roughly six new members per quarter to ensure quality of attention. There is sometimes a short waitlist for the Pro tier.
